1. Agreement to Terms

• Security assessments and penetration testing
• NIST Cybersecurity Framework assessments

3. Professional Standards

Our services are conducted in accordance with:

• International Standards on Assurance Engagements (ISAE)
• Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE)
• Relevant industry-specific standards and frameworks
• Professional codes of conduct and ethics

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant reasonable access to personnel, systems, and documentation
• Implement recommendations in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of our methodologies and findings
• Pay fees according to agreed terms

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business affairs. This confidentiality extends to all personnel involved in the engagement and continues beyond the completion of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tools, and work products developed by AT&G International remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations remain in effect, and fees for services rendered become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
